Shipping policy

Our dedicated warehouse team is working around the clock, 7 days a week, to get your lovely orders shipped as fast as possible!

Your crafty orders will be delivered safely and securely with one of the shipping companies we offer at the checkout page.  Usually, all orders are packed from our warehouse within 24-48 hours and then shipped the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking details via e-mail once your order is in the shipment process.
